Hide & Show ruler in Google Docs

When you open any document, Google Docs shows the ruler by default. These verticle and horizontal rulers help draft documents, like adjustments in the indent and document margin.

By mistake, the ruler can be hidden, and it can cause some problems in the document formatting.

How do you show the Ruler in Google Docs?

  1. Open any document in Google Docs.
  2. Find “View” in the menu bar and tap on it.

  1. Tap on “View” in the menu bar.
  2. Uncheck “Show Ruler”.
